    Shipping & Returns

     

    'SHIPPING'

    Express Delivery via Royal Mail & UPS take 1-2 days to arrive from dispatch. (Some sizes may have different dispatch times)

     

    Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day (Mon-Fri) Excluding bank holiday's. Standard Delivery Generally takes 3-5 working days however can be shipped via next day delivery via Express Service.   

     

    Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to amend the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

    'RETURN PERIOD' We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.

     

    'RETURN CONDITIONS' All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

     

    RETURN PROCESSING TIME: 

    We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank

     

    'RETURN COSTS' Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.

     

    'CLICK & COLLECT'

    If you are local to one of our stores, you are welcome to place an order for collection. To do this, please select the ‘Pick Up’ delivery method when checking out.
      
    To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
    Confirmation email, official photo ID (passport or driving licence) and payment card used for the order.
